First, I want to apologize for how quiet I’ve been! This summer has been crazy and I feel like I haven’t spent much time in Flower Mound at all! If you don’t already know, I am originally from Colorado. We try to spend a lot of time there over the summer to beat this Dallas heat! We have had a lot of fun and some amazing photography sessions both here and there this summer. I am super excited to finally hop on here and share them with y’all. I’ll be better about getting them up here because I know you all love to ooh and awe over all these beautiful families as much as I do! And now… this gorgeous Denton maternity session!
First of all, let me introduce y’all to the Woodson family. This Denton couple is expecting their first child, a baby boy. Who, by the way, has the cutest name ever. Sweet baby Jones. I mean, insert all the heart eyes. They emailed me a few weeks ago with concerns over Zach’s summer work schedule. But we nailed down a date and customized a package just for them. Jessey had a vision in mind to hold half of their maternity session in their home and the other half on location. (which was so amazing, and this option is being added to my price list asap!
I walked into their house and instantly got hit with the smell of fresh cookies and a Joanna Gaines vibe. Jessey has impeccable style because it shows in every detail she has planned throughout their home. We started off in the kitchen, obviously enjoying those sweet cookies. If you don’t know me, above all, I never say no to a cookie!
What better way is there to break the ice of being photographed, than cookies! We then moved upstairs to the nursery and let me just tell you. My jaw dropped to the floor! Jessey and Zach poured their hearts in this nursery and you can tell because every detail is executed to perfection! I kept telling her she needed to come to my house and rearrange everything!
I’m going to leave y’all with one more photo although I wish I could just attach them all! Come back tomorrow to see these stunning outdoor images! You won’t want to miss them!
